A Mental Health Forum for You and Me

Youth for Health is a group of Jamaican youth fighting for the health of youth. This is a forum made by us to provide a space for any body in need of talking to someone else about their mental health issues. Feel free to anonymously ask for advice, share success stories but also reply and help others with your experiences. Although we are based in Jamaica, Youth for Health aims to build a community for everyone so that no person feels alone.
