Thanks, guys. I’ve thought about therapy, but I’m kinda unsure where to start or if it’s even right for me. My thoughts are just all over the place sometimes, you know? Journaling sounds like something I could try, though. How do you even start with that?

Hey, Alex! Glad you’re here. You’re definitely not alone. I’ve been struggling with depression for a few years now, so I totally get how isolating it can feel. Therapy has been super helpful for me. It’s nice to have a space to just talk without feeling judged. Have you thought about trying therapy?
